Armas does not offer a return on purchased items. A refund occurs in the unlikely situation where a defective or an incorrect item is received by the customer. A refund will be processed only if the item sent back to Armas is not damaged by the buyer and has not been used.

Armas does not offer a “cash refund “when the customer cancels the order, before Armas starts processing the shipment. or if an article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
